W Hotels Brisbane is seeking a Beverage & Food Supervisor for The Lex restaurant. You will work closely with the B&F Managers to lead the team in providing efficient, professional, and friendly service to our guests in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding guest service, proven team supervision skills, and a deep passion for food, wine, cocktails and beer, plus excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a large team in a high-volume restaurant.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, cocktails & beer.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• A passion for hospitality and service.
