Job summary

JW Marriott Gold Coast Resort & Spa is seeking a Concierge Porter to welcome guests and support departures in a fast-paced luxury environment. Reporting to the Chief Concierge, you will deliver memorable arrival and departure experiences and guide guests through their stay.

A warm, service-driven team player with a Queensland driver’s license, RSA, and availability to work weekends and nights will thrive here.

Qualifications

• A genuinely warm & welcoming demeanour.
• A valid Queensland driver’s license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability to work weekends and night shifts.
• RSA certification.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
• Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner.
• Anticipate guests' service needs and act on them where possible.
• Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt guest service.
• Engage guests to provide information on property amenities and local attractions.
• Assist guests with luggage and mobility needs within guidelines.
• Provide a warm farewell and thank guests for their visit.
