About the Role

As Concierge, you’ll be the heartbeat of the office.

You’ll own the front-of-house experience, help keep the office running like clockwork and provide practical support across the team.

One minute you might be welcoming a client or helping with an enquiry, the next you could be coordinating keys, preparing the office for a meeting, sharing the Open for Inspection times on socials or helping with a rental applicant.

It’s a varied role for someone who enjoys being busy, helping people and taking ownership. More importantly, you'll gain hands on exposure to how a successful real estate office operates every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Own the office experience

• Take ownership of the day-to-day presentation and smooth running of the office
• Ensure front of office, meeting areas, kitchen, bathrooms and client spaces are immaculate and welcoming
• Keep the office stocked, organised and ready for both clients and the team
• Coordinate stationery, office supplies, pantry items, mail and other everyday office requirements
• Identify maintenance, presentation or operational issues and help get them resolved
• Maintain the high presentation standards expected across Coronis offices

Be the first point of contact

• Welcome clients and visitors and make sure they feel looked after from the moment they arrive
• Manage inbound calls, emails, walk-ins and general enquiries with warmth and professionalism
• Answer calls promptly and confidently direct enquiries to the right person
• Monitor online enquiries and live chat
• Help clients with general Sales and Property Management enquiries
• Make sure messages and enquiries are followed through rather than simply passed on

Keep the office organised

• Coordinate office keys, including collections, returns, tagging, registers and regular audits
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office systems and records
• Keep team and office information up to date across relevant platforms
• Assist with office communications and the weekly office email
• Help coordinate Open for Inspection information and weekly schedules
• Support office social media, window displays and online team profiles
• Maintain accurate information within software platforms

Help the whole team succeed

• Support our Sales and Property Management Teams
• Provide general administration and operational support across the office
• Work closely with Sales, Property Management and office leadership
• Follow Coronis processes, policies and compliance requirements
• Look for ways to improve how things are done
• Be the person the team can rely on to help keep everything moving

About You
