Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to help deliver concession store financial targets and KPIs while creating a warm, genuine customer service experience. You will build a team empowered to exceed.

You will drive a customer-centric culture, support sales, profit and productivity, and lead by collaborating with your team to achieve business objectives with strong commercial acumen.

Qualifications

• A passion for retail, exceptional service, personal style and presentation.
• Experience interpreting financial reports and managing budgets.
• Support the Concession Manager with team objectives and commercial acumen.
• Strong leadership through training and development of staff.
• Stock control and visual merchandising experience.
