Job summary

Country Road Group is seeking an Assistant Concession Manager to help deliver concession store financial targets and KPIs while creating a warm, genuine customer service experience. You will build a team empowered to exceed.

You will drive a customer-centric culture, support sales, profit and productivity, and lead by collaborating with your team to achieve business objectives with strong commercial acumen.

Job description

As an Assistant Concession Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with delivering the concession stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience
• Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
• Supporting the Concession Manager by ensuring the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
• Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development

Attributes you possess

• A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
• Assist with managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating efficient rosters
• Support the Concession Manager in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of the team
• Operational excellence, experience with stock control and visual merchandising
• Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Fantastic opportunity for a full time Sales Assistant or Supervisor wanting to progress in their retail career
