Seed Heritage is seeking a Retail Concession Manager to lead our Myer Southland concession pads, delivering elevated customer experiences with a sophisticated sales approach, product knowledge and lasting relationships.

You will drive a customer-focused culture, empower your team through training, and work with leadership to build a profitable concession. A senior, autonomous leader who can motivate staff and manage stock is ideal.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a similar role, supervising teams of up to 5 staff.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Commercial acumen with ability to drive sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s.
