Qualifications

• Experience leading small teams (up to 5 staff) providing coaching and mentorship.
• Strong customer service focus with a flair for fashion and styling.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales, meet wage targets and manage shrinkage KPI’s.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture and deliver a memorable, seamless experience with every interaction.
• Mentor and train team members to perform at their best and collaborate with leadership.
• Manage rosters, back-of-house administration, and contribute to an effective concession operation.
