Job summary

Unison is looking for a Part Time Concession Supervisor to join our David Jones Burwood concession pad. You will lead a small team, coach and mentor, and ensure a memorable, customer-focused shopping experience across every interaction.

As part of the Unison brand, you’ll drive sales, manage rosters, support stock and Visual Merchandising, and contribute to store profitability. This role offers a $1,000 yearly clothing allowance and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead small teams (2–5) in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and KPI targets while managing labor costs.
• Strong eye for styling and Visual Merchandising to showcase brand looks.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-focused culture and create a memorable shopping experience.
• Engage and mentor the team through ongoing training and collaboration.
• Work with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Oversee rosters, stock control, and back-of-house administration.
• This is a permanent Part Time position.
