Oroton is seeking a commercially minded Planner based in Sydney to own concession planning and end-of-season consolidations across Boutique and Outlet channels. Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will work with Buying, Allocations, Retail and Supply Chain teams to use data-driven insights to optimise sell-through and profitability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in merchandise planning in fashion/retail.
• Strong sell-through, stock turn, margin management and inventory productivity.
• Advanced Excel skills and planning-systems experience.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication and stakeholder management with data-backed influence.

Responsabilités

• Own the sales and stock plans for concession and hybrid doors across Boutique and Outlet channels.
• Lead concession range reviews and manage seasonal sale packages with department store partners (Myer, David Jones).
• Develop end-of-season consolidation plans and optimise stock transitions into Outlet.
• Plan and evaluate Outlet promotions using insights to improve future performance.
• Monitor inventory performance, identify risks/opportunities, and coordinate with Allocations and Supply Chain.
• Deliver regular trade analysis and commercial recommendations for planning decisions.
• Support planning and allocation systems implementation and process improvements.
• Act as a key link between Boutique and Outlet teams to balance priorities.
