Job summary

Oroton Group in Sydney is seeking a commercially minded Planner to own concession planning and end-of-season consolidations across Boutique and Outlet channels, reporting to the Senior Planner. You will collaborate with Buying, Allocations, Retail and Supply Chain teams to drive sell-through and profitability through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in merchandise planning.
• Experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Advanced Excel and planning systems proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales and stock plans for concession and hybrid doors across Boutique and Outlet channels.
• Lead concession range reviews and manage seasonal sale packages with Myer and David Jones.
• Develop end-of-season consolidation plans to maximise sell-through.
• Plan and evaluate Outlet promotional activity to improve performance.
• Monitor inventory performance and optimise stock flow with Allocations and Supply Chain teams.
• Deliver regular trade analysis and commercial recommendations to support planning decisions.
• Support the implementation of planning and allocation systems and identify process improvements.
• Act as a link between Boutique and Outlet teams to balance priorities.
