Job summary

Oroton is seeking an engaging Concession Manager for our Myer Highpoint location, reporting to the Dual-Site Manager. You will lead the concession with autonomy, driving performance, delivering premium client experiences, and overseeing daily operations from recruitment to compliance.

The role is permanent full-time with a Sunday–Thursday roster, offering opportunities to influence brand presence and customer service at a premium retail destination.

Qualifications

• Experience in a concession environment (David Jones or Myer desirable).
• Understanding of concession stock processes and operational requirements (desirable).
• Proven experience leading a retail team in a premium or high-volume environment.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Advanced clienteling skills and a passion for customer experience.

We’re seeking an engaging and inspiring Concession Manager to join our Myer Highpoint location.

Reporting to the Dual-Site Manager, you will take ownership of the concession, leading the business with confidence, commercial focus, and operational excellence.
