Seed Heritage is expanding its presence with Myer Mackay, and we are seeking a Concession Manager to lead a passionate team. You will deliver an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, product knowledge and genuine relationships.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage rosters, and oversee back-of-house operations, with a Tuesday–Saturday roster and opportunities for career growth within Brandbank Group.

• Experience in a similar role supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor staff.

• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and visuals.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales and KPI performance.

We are expanding our presence across Myer nationally, and as part of this exciting growth we are looking for aConcession Manager to lead MyerMackay. You will join a collaborative concession community, working alongside Myer partner brands as well as our Brandbank Group brands where there is opportunity for future career growth.

THE ROLE:

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.

• Tuesday to Saturday roster.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Experience in a similar role, supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership, with proven ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to assist driving sales, wage targets and shrinkage KPI’s and in line with budgets.
