Job summary

Seed Heritage is expanding its presence with Myer Mackay, and we are seeking a Concession Manager to lead a passionate team. You will deliver an elevated customer experience through strong leadership, product knowledge and genuine relationships.

You will drive sales, coach staff, manage rosters, and oversee back-of-house operations, with a Tuesday–Saturday roster and opportunities for career growth within Brandbank Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role supervising a small team.
• Strong people leadership with ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships through outstanding service.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and visuals.
• Commercial acumen to drive sales and KPI performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Empower the team through ongoing training, mentoring and collaboration.
• Motivate the team to meet sales targets and business KPIs.
• Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and back-of-house administration.
• Roster from Tuesday to Saturday.
