Oroton is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the Essendon DFO Outlet in Melbourne. You will support the Store Manager, lead your team, and deliver an elevated client experience in a premium, fast-paced boutique environment.

This role emphasizes strong clienteling, coaching, and leadership to grow sales while upholding Oroton’s high standards and brand presentation.

We’re seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our high-performing Essendon DFO Outlet

Supporting the Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving performance, leading your team, and delivering an elevated, personalised client experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader with strong clienteling expertise, ready to inspire their team and grow their career within a premium/fast paced boutique/outlet/concession environment.

Permanent full-time | Sunday–Thursday roster
