Job summary

Meli is seeking a Compliance Officer to safeguard our workforce by maintaining screening and regulatory standards. You will oversee employment-related screening, monitor critical workforce information, and deliver clear reporting to meet legal, funding and organisational responsibilities.

Collaborating with HR Operations and stakeholders, you’ll strengthen governance and continuous improvement, ensuring a safe, inclusive community while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Oversee workforce screening and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate workforce information and reporting.
• Coordinate internal HR audits and compliance checks.
• Support HRIS and Culture Amp reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor workforce screening, registrations and other critical requirements to support ongoing compliance.
• Maintain accurate workforce compliance information and reporting, helping identify and address gaps before they become risks.
• Coordinate internal HR audits and compliance checks that strengthen governance and continuous improvement.
• Support reliable compliance systems and reporting across HRIS, Culture Amp and other workforce tools.
