You’ll screen applications, support onboarding, perform credentialing checks (AHPRA, WWCC, immunisations) and maintain audit-ready records, with strong attention to detail and stakeholder

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Australian healthcare compliance.

Aufgaben

• Screen applications against set criteria and communicate outcomes via phone and email.
• Support successful candidates through a detailed onboarding process.
• Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met, whilst providing a positive candidate experience.
• Conduct compliance and credentialing checks (e.g. AHPRA, police checks, WWCC, immunisations).
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and manage document expiries and renewals.
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance reporting.
• Provide first-line system and app support, including basic troubleshooting (e.g. login issues, navigation, uploads).
