Cleanaway is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to strengthen compliance across our complex employment and industrial relations environment in Melbourne. You will partner with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to identify risks, improve processes and ensure accurate pay and entitlements.

You’ll interpret modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work updates, while driving remediation and governance improvements.

Formación

• Experience in HR compliance, industrial relations, payroll compliance or a similar role within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of modern awards, enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
• Experience analysing employee and payroll data, rostering patterns and entitlements to identify discrepancies.
• Proven ability to investigate compliance risks, support remediation activities and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with ability to explain complex matters clearly.

• Drive compliance and accuracy by analysing employee, payroll and rostering data; identify discrepancies.

• Support process improvements and assist with implementing sustainable controls.
