Job summary

Cleanaway is seeking an HR Compliance Analyst to strengthen compliance across our complex employment and industrial relations environment. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to identify risks, improve processes and ensure our people are paid correctly and our obligations are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR compliance or industrial relations within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of modern awards and employment legislation with interpretation skills.
• Experience analysing employee and payroll data to identify discrepancies.
• Ability to investigate risks, support remediation and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with clear explanations.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance and accuracy by analysing employee, payroll and rostering data and investigating entitlements.
• Interpret complex legislation including modern awards, enterprise agreements and Fair Work updates.
• Support compliance improvements by reviewing processes and strengthening controls.
• Lead remediation by assessing gaps, quantifying discrepancies and coordinating rectification.
• Partner with HR, IR, Payroll, Finance and Operations to embed governance and best practices.
• Contribute to policy development, training resources and practical guidance for leaders.
