Job summary

The Compliance Officer role at Perigon Group, based in Sydney CBD, is a key addition to our national law firm’s Operations team. You will help maintain documentation, strengthen the firm’s compliance framework and support operational projects with meticulous attention to detail.

With 1–2 years in compliance, risk or governance, you will review case files, assist internal reporting, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in compliance, risk, governance, legal operations or a similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to review detailed documentation.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Excel / Office.
• Enjoys working with detail, processes and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Our client is a leading national law firm seeking a Compliance Officer to join their Operations team following an internal career move.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to grow their career within a supportive professional services environment, with exposure across compliance reviews, reporting, process improvement and operational projects.

The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the firm's compliance framework, ensuring documentation, processes and reporting requirements are maintained to a high standard.
