Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman partners with a well-established financial services organisation to recruit a Compliance Manager into a broad and highly visible role. You will report to senior leadership, provide practical regulatory advice and oversee monitoring and reporting to support regulatory obligations.

The role offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and a real opportunity to influence compliance culture across the organisation in Sydney.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance within a regulated financial services environment.
• Strong understanding of Australian regulatory requirements.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, monitoring and reporting.
• Ability to interpret regulation and provide practical business advice.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Relevant qualifications in law, risk, compliance or related discipline.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the compliance framework, providing practical regulatory advice, overseeing compliance monitoring and reporting, and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations. The position offers significant exposure to executive stakeholders and a genuine opportunity to influence compliance culture across the organisation.
