• Experience in a regulated environment (insurance/financial services)
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical processes
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and governance reporting

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support ARMS compliance framework, aligned to regulatory obligations
• Develop and monitor compliance assurance activities including reviews and testing
• Prepare clear compliance reporting for senior management and governance forums
• Identify compliance risks and implement pragmatic, risk-based solutions
• Support uplift of compliance documentation, policies, and registers
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess impact on operations and controls
• Provide practical guidance to raise compliance awareness across the business
