Reporting to Regional GC & Company Secretary, you will lead ARMS compliance, provide trusted advice to leadership, and embed a proactive compliance culture.

This role blends strategy with hands-on delivery, offering a clear path to influence across Australia and the Pacific region.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated environment, ideally insurance/financial services.
• Ability to translate complex rules into practical processes.
• Strong governance reporting and assurance planning.
• Proactive, collaborative and able to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARMS compliance framework and stay aligned to regulatory obligations.
• Develop and monitor compliance assurance activity including reviews and testing.
• Prepare clear compliance reporting for senior management and governance forums.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify risks and implement practical solutions.
• Support uplift of documentation, policies and processes across the business.
• Monitor regulatory change and assess impact on operations.
