Job summary

Peninsula is seeking a seasoned Head of Compliance & Risk to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of Peninsula’s compliance program and risk frameworks across the ANZ region. The role focuses on aligning sales, marketing and go-to-market activities with regulatory requirements.

You will build and mentor the Compliance and Risk team, engage with stakeholders, embed robust frameworks, run workshops and report to the Board on adherence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in leading, managing and developing compliance teams.
• 5+ years in a Compliance role.
• Strategic and hands-on in delivering objectives.
• Experience embedding and advising on compliance and risk obligations, processes and controls.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build cross-disciplinary relationships.
• A continuous improvement mindset with initiative.

Responsibilities

• Lead and upskill the Compliance and Risk team while ensuring timely completion of tasks and reporting.
• Engage with stakeholders to develop a strong compliance and risk culture and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, uplift and embed compliance and risk frameworks across the organisation.
• Facilitate compliance and risk workshops and training sessions.
• Report to the Board on adherence to Compliance processes.
