Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Support Worker or Care Worker.
• Proven experience supporting clients with complex needs.
• Strong manual handling and hoisting experience.
• Experience managing challenging behaviours.
• Valid driver’s licence and confidence driving vans.
• Reliability and commitment to rostered shifts.
