Southern Cross Care WA is seeking a caring Care Worker to join Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield. This part-time position offers shifts across mornings, afternoons and occasional nights, 30 hours per fortnight, with a focus on personal care and resident wellbeing.
You will work under the guidance of Shift Managers, read care plans, and build respectful relationships with residents and their families. Certificate III in Aged Care is required, with prior experience in aged care preferred.

We’re looking for caring and dependable Care Workers to join our team at Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield. This is a part time role working 30 hours per fortnight with shifts across mornings, afternoons, and occasional nights during the week.
Located in the City of Kalamunda Jeremiah Donovan House caters for 65 residents and offers a full range of services including nursing care, medication management, personal care, hospitality services and dementia support services. Residents also receive support from allied health professionals.
