Job summary

Bundaleer is seeking a Part-Time Complex Support Worker to provide client-centered care for older clients in their homes and communities.

The role focuses on high-quality, compassionate care, including support with daily living, mobility, and social engagement, with overnight and PM shifts available.

Qualifications

• Minimum year experience in Home Care and/or Aged Care.
• Overnight shifts available and PM shifts.
• Unlimited working rights, we do not sponsor
• Certificate III in Support Work - Mandatory
• NDIS Background
• Complex Care Experience
• Current First Aid & CPR
• Current Driver's License & reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (willing to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Asisting clients that use mechanical devices for mobility
• Assisting clients to stay active, independent and engaged in the community
• Helping with transport, social activities and appointments
• Delivering care with dignity, respect and kindness
• Supporting clients with 24/7 care needs, including overnight shifts

The Role

We are looking for a Part-Time Complex Support Worker, who are passionate about a client-centered approach to care. The Support Worker ensures safe, high-quality care for our clients with additional needs, through direct management and complex support.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and daily living support
• Asisting clients that use mechanical devices for mobility
• Assisting clients to stay active, independent and engaged in the community
• Helping with transport, social activities and appointments
• Delivering care with dignity, respect and kindness
• Supporting clients with 24/7 care needs, including overnight shifts
