Job summary

Zinfra, based in Lilydale, is seeking a Completions Coordinator to progress field work through to billing. You will review and process completed work orders, keep SAP records up to date, and coordinate with field crews to clarify completion details.

This practical, process-driven role rewards accuracy, reliability and strong administration. You will work with delivery teams to close out jobs on time, maintain records in line with data-quality and document-control processes, and support the

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data entry.
• Experience with SAP or a similar system.
• An organised approach to managing routine work, competing priorities and deadlines.
• Clear and professional communication skills, including the confidence to follow up information with field teams.
• Previous experience in administration, work-order processing, completions, billing support or civil construction viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Process completed work orders from field completion through to billing readiness.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate work-order and completion information in SAP.
• Review completion details and follow up with field crews to resolve missing, unclear or inconsistent information.
• Identify and resolve basic billing issues, escalating more complex matters when required.
• Maintain clear records while following established completion, billing, data-quality and document-control processes.
