Zinfra is seeking a Completions Coordinator based in Lilydale, reporting to the Completions Team Leader. You will progress completed field work through to billing, review and process completed work orders, and maintain accurate information in SAP.

This role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with field and delivery teams to ensure jobs are closed out on time and billing is accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience using SAP for work-order processing and billing.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience in administration and field-work related processes is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Process completed work orders from field completion through to billing readiness.
• Enter, update and maintain accurate work-order and completion information in SAP.
• Review completion details and follow up with field crews to resolve missing, unclear or inconsistent information.
• Identify and resolve basic billing issues, escalating more complex matters when required.
• Maintain clear records while following established completion, billing, data-quality and document-control processes.
