Job summary

HFH CARE PTY LTD is seeking experienced support workers to provide ongoing support to a male participant in his 60s with complex high-support needs. The role includes personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and overnight assistance.

The participant lives at home with his wife and requires consistent, respectful care and reliable shifts. Candidates should have background in nursing, disability, aged care, or related healthcare fields, strong English communication, and the ability to follow

Qualifications

• Experience with participants with complex or high physical support needs.
• Personal care, continence support, transfers, mobility, and wheelchair support.
• Nursing, disability, aged care, or similar healthcare background is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide showering and full morning personal care.
• Assist with dressing and hygiene support.
• Prepare breakfast and dinner.
• Provide toileting and continence assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Support community access and transport to medical appointments.
• Provide assistance with daily activities around the home.
• Provide overnight support and stay awake during night shifts to assist with transfers and toileting.
• Provide general companionship and support.
