Job summary

CSBS Group seeks compassionate Disability Support Workers to assist a participant with complex clinical and personal care needs in Little Mountain, Queensland. You will provide hands-on support, including personal care, PEG feeding, and tracheostomy care, while following health care plans and maintaining thorough documentation.

The role offers casual or permanent part-time work with potential overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care to people with disability.
• Ability to follow health care plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Comfort with clinical care tasks such as PEG feeding and tracheostomy care.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Perform PEG feeding and mealtime support.
• Carry out tracheostomy care and monitoring.
