Job summary

Mounties Group is seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker for overnight sleepover shifts in Mona Vale, NSW. You will support a client in their home during the night, assisting with evening and morning routines, personal care, and companionship to promote comfort and dignity.

The role requires hoist experience, NDIS screening (or willingness to obtain), and current First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain). Certificate III or higher in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hoist experience essential.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Certificate III or higher in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support.
• Medication assistance competency/training or willingness to obtain with us.
• Previous experience in home care, disability, or aged care support.

Responsibilities

• Overnight shifts in client home, providing evening and morning routines.
• Personal care and companionship to ensure client comfort.
• Assist with bedtime routine, personal care, and medications.
• Morning shower assistance and feeding simple meals according to plan.
• Support with pad changes and hygiene care.
