Flexible shifts across seven days, 8:00am–8:00pm, are available to match client needs. The role requires Cert III/IV in Individual Support, Disability or Ageing, NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR and a valid driver’s

• Provide companionship and assist with daily living tasks.
• Engage with clients respectfully and maintain person-centred care.
• Demonstrate flexibility to cover shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide community access, companionship and daily living support.
• Assist with personal care, household tasks and transport to appointments as needed.
• Build positive, respectful relationships and support clients' independence.
• Complete shift notes and report incidents in line with NDIS requirements.
