Norella Disability Support Services in Waterloo, NSW is seeking a caring Casual Support Worker to join our team. You will provide community access, companionship and daily living support with flexible shifts across 8:00am–8:00pm seven days a week. You’ll assist with personal care, transport to appointments and household tasks, building positive relationships and completing shift notes per NDIS requirements. A valid certs and checks are required, with local travel possible.

Qualificações

• A mature, patient and reliable support worker.

• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Working With Children Check.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Valid driver’s licence with car and comprehensive insurance.

Casual Support Worker – Waterloo & Surrounds

Norella Disability Support Services is a Sydney-based NDIS provider delivering person-centred, reliable support. We are looking for a caring and dependable casual Support Worker with flexible availability to join our team in the Waterloo area.

Availability

• Available across the whole week, Monday to Sunday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm
• Shifts range from a minimum of 3 hours to longer shifts
• Shifts are offered on a casual, as‑needed basis

Shifts currently available include

• Afternoon shifts, 3:00pm to 6:00pm
• Daytime shifts, Monday to Sunday 9:30am to 2pm or more

About the role

• Providing community access, companionship and daily living support
• Assisting with personal care, household tasks and transport to appointments as needed
• Building positive, respectful relationships and supporting clients' independence
• Completing shift notes and reporting incidents in line with NDIS requirements

What we're looking for

• A mature, patient and reliable support worker
• Female support worker preferred to match client preference
• Flexible availability between 8:00am and 8:00pm, seven days a week
• Cert III or IV in Individual Support, Disability or Ageing (or equivalent experience)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid and CPR
• Current driver's licence car and comprehensive car insurance needed
• Lives locally or can reliably travel to Waterloo
