Respect Ingham Lodge is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team, offering full-time, part-time, or casual opportunities. The RN will provide safe, competent clinical nursing care within AHPRA scope, reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care for residents.

Qualifications

• Current registration with AHPRA to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• National Police Certificate or ability to obtain one.
• Understanding of government standards for aged care delivery.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Compile comprehensive histories from residents/families to identify care needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation reflecting care delivery.
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans and assist with admissions.
• Provide direct clinical care including personal hygiene, pain management, and GP rounds participation.
• Administer medications and ensure proper ordering, storage and documentation.
