Job summary

Respect is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within our Victoria aged care services. You will report to the Care Manager and adhere to AHPRA and Commonwealth/ state standards governing aged care.

Key duties include compiling resident histories, developing and evaluating care plans, assisting with direct clinical care, and accurate medication administration with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration required.
• Knowledge of aged care standards and funding instruments.
• National Police Certificate required.
• Compliance with Aged Care Worker Screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Compile resident histories and assess care needs.
• Develop, implement and evaluate care plans.
• Assist with direct clinical care and medications administration.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation.
