Respect Master Lodge, part of Respect Group Limited, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in an on-site, part-time capacity in Hervey Bay, QLD. The RN will deliver safe, person-centred care, support wellbeing, and collaborate with GP rounds and the wider care team within aged care standards.

Your registration with AHPRA and strong nursing skills will drive high-quality care for residents, while you maintain clinical documentation and participate in ongoing professional

Formación

• Current registration with AHPRA to practice in Australia.
• Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to perform safe, patient-centered care in aged care.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assess residents and develop care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Administer medications following policies and procedures.
• Provide direct clinical care including hygiene and pain management.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Support resident dignity, independence and wellbeing.
