Respect Masters Lodge is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our supportive team on a part-time basis. The RN will provide safe, resident-centered nursing care under AHPRA guidelines, reporting to the Care Manager and General Manager.

Key duties include comprehensive resident assessments, care planning, medication administration, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality outcomes while upholding dignity and independence for residents.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Knowledge of Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Current National Police Certificate (or the ability to obtain one).
• Understanding of government standards and legislative requirements for the delivery of aged care.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Compile comprehensive histories from residents and families to identify care needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation reflecting care delivery.
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans and assist with assessments.
• Provide direct clinical care including hygiene, pain management, and GP rounds.
• Administer medications following policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve resident outcomes.
• Promote a safe, respectful environment for residents and staff.
