Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring team members to support residents with meals, drinks and daily activities in a traditional restaurant-style aged care setting. You will follow personalised meal-service guidelines, assist residents who need extra support, and ensure privacy and dignity at all times.

Aged Care Cert III or IV is required. You will work as part of a collaborative team, communicating clearly and showing compassion to residents and families in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Cert III or IV in Aged Care required.
• Experience in aged care settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, are comfortable and well-fed.
• Work with our team to assist those residents who require additional support and care.
• Help our residents to enjoy meaningful and engaging activities.
• Be a supportive friend to our residents.
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected.
