St Vincent's Care Services Kew is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Administrator to be the first point of contact for residents, families and visitors. You will manage front desk duties, handle inquiries by phone and in person, and support general administration to ensure a welcoming, professional care experience.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail and high customer service standards. On-site, with a focus on contributing to a compassionate, inclusive care environment.

Qualifications

• General reception duties including ad hoc and project-based administration.
• Answering telephones and assisting with general enquiries.
• Meet and greet visitors/guests in a friendly and helpful manner.
• National Criminal History Check is required.
