Job summary

InvoCare is seeking an Area Manager to oversee compassionate pet collection for cremation services across NSW. You will liaise with veterinary clinics and families, ensuring dignified handling of deceased pets and timely delivery of ashes to clients.

Ideal candidates are empathetic, highly organized, and capable of lifting up to 25kg. A valid driver’s license and flexibility for overtime/weekends are required for this essential role within our respected pet-care network.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle deceased pets with respect and dignity.
• Strong communication with clients and clinics.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 25kg and manage clean, orderly work areas.

Responsibilities

• Carry out pet collections from veterinary clinics with care.
• Collect pets from owners' homes and return ashes to clients.
• Review and fulfill system requirements with attention to detail.
• Maintain vehicle and work areas to high standards.
• Plan daily runs efficiently and be available for overtime/weekends.
