Job summary

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients warmly, check them in, and handle questions with patience and discretion.
• Manage bookings across multiple clinicians and services.
• Handle phone calls, emails and online enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process payments, Medicare and private health fund claims, and referrals.
• Adjust schedules when things change, rebooking patients and communicating delays with empathy.
• Keep patient records accurate and confidential.
• Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and keep reception running smoothly.
