Job summary

The CareSide in NSW is looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team. You will assist clients with daily activities to live safely and independently at home, including personal care, domestic tasks, and transport to appointments.

Casual role with travel reimbursement, PPE, and flexible scheduling. You should be reliable, empathetic, and comfortable working with dogs, delivering high-quality care across home settings.

Qualifications

• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• National Police Clearance Certificate.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance.
• Smartphone.
• Organised, punctual, friendly and genuinely caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping.
• Offer social support and respite care.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records.
