About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate Support Worker to join our fast-growing team in NSW. As a Support Worker/Carer, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various daily activities to help them continue to live safely and independently at home.

This role involves supporting a client with their day-to-day needs across several regular shifts during the week.

You will provide Companion Care each Tuesday and Friday between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM. In this capacity, you’ll assist the client with attending various social clubs and lunch outings.Additionally, this position involves a fortnightly Domestic Assistance shift on Mondays, scheduled from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

We offer travel reimbursement, company-provided PPE, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and growing care team.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping
• Offer social support and respite care
• Transport clients to appointments

Your Background
