Job summary
The CareSide in NSW is seeking a compassionate Support Worker to assist clients at home, delivering personal care, domestic tasks, social support, and transport to appointments. The role is based in Mona Vale, NSW and requires comfort with dogs.
Casual position with travel reimbursement, PPE provided, and a supportive team. The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, organised, punctual, and able to maintain accurate care records; must hold a First Aid/CPR certificate, Police clearance, and a valid
Qualifications
- Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- National Police Clearance Certificate.
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance.
- Smartphone.
- Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
- Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping.
- Offer social support and respite care.
- Transport clients to appointments.
- Maintain accurate care records.
