Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a compassionate Support Worker/Carer to assist home care clients in NSW. You will help with daily activities to help clients live safely and independently at home, across various shifts with a ~3 hours on Mondays. Travel reimbursements, PPE, and a supportive team are provided.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and organized, with First Aid/CPR, police clearance, and a valid Australian driver’s licence. This is a part-time role in Ravenswood Warren, NSW.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
• National Police Clearance Certificate.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence with registered vehicle and insurance.
• Smartphone required to perform duties.
• Organised, punctual, friendly, and genuinely caring.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care: showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication prompts.
• Assist with domestic tasks: cleaning, meal prep, shopping.
• Offer social support and respite care.
• Transport clients to appointments.
• Maintain accurate care records.
