Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to follow support plans while maintaining flexibility to respond to changes in client condition or needs.
Experience providing domestic assistance, personal care, social support, transport and short-term respite.
Understanding and application of wellness, reablement and restorative care principles.
Capacity to manage the physical demands of the role, including manual handling and transferring clients safely.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care, domestic assistance, social support and transport for clients.

Maintain client documentation and complete incident reports as required.
