Job summary

Valmar Support Services in NSW is seeking caring, reliable staff to provide high-quality home support under CHSP and HCP programs. You will deliver personal care, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and respite in clients' homes, promoting independence and wellbeing.

Successful applicants will need a valid Australian Driver's Licence, be willing to undergo an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and may pursue a Certificate III in Individual Support.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Screening Check is required.
• Australian Driver's Licence is required.
• First Aid Certificate is preferred and training may be supported.
• Willingness to pursue Certificate III in Individual Support or related training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care under CHSP/HCP and brokerage frameworks.
• Provide personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and transport.
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
• Maintain client documentation and complete required incident reports.
• Observe safety, manage risks, and report changes to supervisors.
• Collaborate with health professionals and care teams.
