Winnam Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Corporation in Brisbane, QLD, is seeking an Enrolled Nurse for a part-time, maximum three-month contract at a 34-bed Indigenous aged care facility in Lota. The role involves delivering holistic, person-centred nursing care across morning, afternoon and night shifts, reporting to the Facility Manager and collaborating with clinical and support staff.

Must hold Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration, and be able to provide evidence of police

• Experience in residential aged care services.
• Excellent clinical documentation practice.
• Person-centred approach to care and supervision.
• Knowledge of aged care sector laws and accreditation requirements.
• Experience with NATSIFAC program, assessment and care planning.

Responsabilidades

• Provide holistic, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Available for morning, afternoon and night shifts.
• Collaborate with clinical staff, carers, residents and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans.
• Lead and support a team to foster a positive work culture.
• Ensure compliance with current aged care legislation and accreditation.
