Respect is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our aged care team in regional Australia. You will work with Registered Nurses to support clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, dignified care environment.

The role emphasizes resident-focused care, collaboration, and ongoing professional development. Applicants must hold a Diploma of Nursing with current AHPRA registration and have at least 2 years post-graduate experience, preferably in aged care, with willingness

Qualifications

• Diploma of Nursing and AHPRA registration with minimum 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
• Strong clinical skills with judgement to monitor and respond to residents’ health changes.
• Knowledge of residential care practices, care planning, documentation, and aged care funding instruments.
• Understanding of accreditation processes and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork to collaborate with residents, families, and care team.
• Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain), required immunisations, and flexibility to shifts.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery and outcomes.
• Administer medications safely and properly document handling and storage.
• Monitor residents’ health and promptly report changes to Registered Nurses.
• Participate in handovers and care planning discussions to promote safe, respectful care.
