Job summary

Join the Eldercare family as an Enrolled Nurse in Adelaide. You will deliver high quality nursing care to residents, guide Personal Care Assistants to meet daily needs with person-centred care, and help establish a warm, welcoming home environment across Eldercare’s 13 sites across Adelaide Metro and Yorke Peninsula.

To be eligible you’ll hold a Diploma in Nursing with at least 6 months post graduate aged care experience, current AHPRA registration and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing with minimum 6 months post-graduate experience in nursing
• Current AHPRA registration
• Working rights in Australia
• At least 6 months experience in aged care as an Enrolled Nurse
• Passion for person-centred care
• Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
• Commitment to fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families and colleagues
